Processing time

Most of our parts are made to order. Most take about 2-4 weeks before they ship. If a product page lists a different time, that time applies.

Shipping rates and carriers

We calculate shipping rates at checkout. Within the US, we ship with UPS, USPS and DHL Express. Outside the US, we ship with USPS and DHL Express. The options at checkout depend on your address and your order.

International orders

We ship from Spokane Valley, Washington, USA. Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and the buyer pays them.

If we make a mistake, we will fix it. For example, if we send the wrong part, or a part has a defect in our work, contact us and we will make it right. On international orders, the buyer pays the shipping fees, including the shipping to return the part and the shipping to send the corrected part.
